Room One is our superb double room with a settee. Full en-suite facilities, hospitality tray, hairdryer and safe. Like all our other rooms, Room One is equipped with a large 22" up-to-date flat screen (LCD) TV (Freeview) with integral DVD player. Being a ground floor room, it is easily accessed from our car-park. There are no steps to negotiate to this room or the breakfast room.

Room Three - is a large bright airy en-suite room suitable for families, with a large bay window, in much demand, comprising a double bed and a single bed. An extra single bed can be added on request. This room is also equipped with a 22" Flat screen TV with integral DVD player, which is capable of receiving FREEVIEW. As with all our rooms, there is a hospitality tray, hairdryer and safe .

Room Four - a recently refurbished room has a double bed against the wall. Room 4 has been re-configuered as a luxury single, but with a double bed. It also has an easy chair. This room is also equipped with a flat screen TV with integral DVD player, which is capable of receiving FREEVIEW. This room also has a hospitality tray, hairdryer and safe.

Room Eight is a large double room on the second floor with sink and vanity unit, but has use of a bathroom on the first floor. This room has double aspect windows giving a bright airy feeling with interesting rooftop views over Weymouth. This room is also equipped with a flat screen TV with integral DVD player, which is capable of receiving FREEVIEW. A hospitality tray, hairdryer and safe are also within this room.

Terms & Conditions: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, Lacey's Guest House is a strictly NO- SMOKING property. All rooms have modern centrally monitored smoke detectors. Guests will be asked to leave at any time if they smoke in their rooms or anywhere on the property. No refund will be payable. Smoking in a guest bedroom will also result in a £100 room recovery charge in order for us to restore your room back to a smoke free condition. You will also be charged for breaking the law! We must be informed immediately of any accidents or breakages within our property or to our property. All damage must be paid for, however caused, at the present market rate. We are able to accept guests after 4pm and before 7pm unless a late or early arrival needs to be arranged, please call to discuss in advance to avoid disappointment. Ferry passengers may check-in at other times by prior arrangement. All rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure Bookings for children are for 5 years of age and over All cars parked on our property are at the owner's risk. All contents and your own personal effects are your own responsibility. We accept no liability for any damage or loss. Please make sure that you take out adequate travel Insurance before you stay with us, especially if you make use of the services of Condor Ferries. Bookings made for stays in relation to Condor Ferry sailings are not transferrable or refundable in the event of non-sailing due to mechanical failure or bad weather. When making a booking, you enter into a contract with us to pay the full cost of the stay. You will be asked to provide full payment (for short stays) or a deposit (one night's stay) normally in advance. This payment is non-refundable if you or any member of your party make the cancellation. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the full bill will be payable. For cancellation up to a week in advance 50% will be payable. Confirmation of booking occurs when we receive payment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. The tariff quoted at the time of booking is the price you pay. We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions plus our tariff at any time.
