Room One is our superb double room with a settee. Full en-suite facilities, hospitality tray, hairdryer and safe. Like all our other rooms, Room One is equipped with a large 22" up-to-date flat screen (LCD) TV (Freeview) with integral DVD player.

Being a ground floor room, it is easily accessed from our car-park. There are no steps to negotiate to this room or the breakfast room.
